On my map (http://testmaps.mississippi.org/auto2 - apologies for the
long winded JS in the page) I have two KML overlays. The first is an
outline of the state of Mississippi, and that loads just fine. The
second is a polygone covering the entire globe with an opacity, with
the state of MS subtracted from the polygon (the KML file was made by
someone in our GIS department using Map shape files, I am not 100%
sure of the process. It can be found at
http://testmaps.mississippi.org/auto/world-full.kml).

The world-full.kml file loads fine in Google Earth, but does not
display in my map. When trying to view the map on google.com/maps, I
don't get an error displayed, but don't see any overlay. The view does
center in the South Atlantic Ocean off Africa (although I doubt this
is relevant).

I did a search of the group and found possible reasons ranging from
IIS not being set up to serve KML files (already configured that) to
having too many points in the KML file (it's not that big, the KML
with the detailed border of Mississippi has more information in it).

>From the expert eyes in this group, is there something I am missing,
or some error in my KML file that I am not aware of?

I appreciate any input.

Thanks,
Adam
