Okay, as your original plan looks unworkable in a client/javascript
form, have you decided to go ahead with a server-side solution?  The
difficulty there is that there aren't many legal methods to get
driving distances for free server-side.  Can you pay for the service?

Or perhaps you can re-work your client-side as already suggested by
Mike.  Is the same 100 every time?  Or even, are these 100 chosen from
a larger number of already known places?  In either case, you can work
out and store the distances ahead of time, and not do it every time
the page is viewed.

Or you change the problem.  We've no idea what you are doing with 100
distances, but do you really need them all?   It is possible to easily
estimate the 10 nearest and only get distances for those 10.
