The key check is skipped on localhost and for the file:/// protocol.

If that is what you are getting for windows.location host, that is
what you need to register the key for (although you should be able to
leave off the www).

Try registering a key for http://bioregionalplanning.uidaho

That doesn't seem like a valid domain however.  Why is the .edu
missing? Is that a typo?

Is it not a public webserver?  If that is the case, then you need a
premier license or to move to a public webserver.
