I'm pretty sure that you might get yelled at for posting on this
forum, because this is the API forum, and your issue is with Google
Maps, not the API. However, I found that scrolling and zoom work fine
when all of your CSS is removed. So you might try removing the CSS
piece by piece until you figure out which piece is causing the
problem, and then that will give you a clue as to what the problem is.
I think that there's a non-API Maps discussion board. Best of luck.
