You've missed out the sensor parameter in your API <script> call altogether now, that may cause you problems in future. You've got whitespace before the <!DOCTYPE declaration which can cause snags in IE But most importantly, as Andrew says, you're not calling loadmarkers() anywhere in the online version of your page, whatever you have in local.
