You can't. The streetmap tiles are raster images. If you're really determined, you could make your own overlays to place over the parts of the image you don't want, and obscure them. Be warned the map image tiles change regularly, so you would have an ongoing maintenance job. Or you obtain the right to use some other map of your choice, and use it as a custom map in the API instead.
