Note that "maps.google.co.th" is an alias for the same four machines 
that serve "maps.google.com". The servers may behave slightly 
differently when they see that you're using a particular alias, but it 
doesn't affect fundamental things like which countries are supported for 
geocoding.

The list of which services are supported in each country is held here:

 From which you can see that Thailand has map tiles, geocoding, driving 
directions, business listings and language localization.
