There is a minimum size for the infoWindow graphics.
The supported way of sizing the infoWindow is to put its text into a
<div> which you can style with height, width, scroll bars, etc.
There is an undocumented {maxHeight:} option, and other undocumented
options like autoScroll and contentSize listed at
http://econym.org.uk/gmap/reference.htm#openInfoWindow. Undocumented
features can break your map without warning by changing or
disappearing completely.
