Those tiles exists(x and y coords) in the 10 zoom, which is what the
javascript should be testing.  I've limited it to just zoom 10.  I
think the x and y coords on my tiles for zoom level 7 are different.
I'm not sure if they should be or not.  But why isn't zoom 10
working?
