Try adding an asterisk after the city name, for example:
 Friedberg *

Note 1: It doesn't work every time.
Note 2: It is undocumented, and therefore unreliable.
Note 3: There are also other characters you can add to get multiple
results, but I don't remember them all.
Note 4: If you don't want to explain to your users about the asterisk,
you can simply add it internally, in the string you send.
