Making a guess here, but what I think compeng41f means is 1) there is a Google Maps API web page that is open or viewable to all, free with no restrictions. 2) the .Net program has a web browser to access the web site. 3) the .NET program sends/makes a call to a function in the web page's java script to do something on the Google Map, i.e., add a marker, draw a polyline, etc.
compeng41f: My feeling is you will receive little or no help from anyone on this forum in making function calls from your .NET application to the Google Maps API on your web page. If you require assistance for the Google Maps API itself, the assistance will probably be forthcoming. The API guru's on this forum are extremely knowledgeable and provide invaluable and constructive assistance to many. The cost: probably just a "thank you" at the end of the day.
