I generated a key for http://phenomabomb.com (triple checked my typing), entering it in exactly as you see it.
Put the example API code in exactly as it was given (copy-paste), and I get an alert box saying: "The Google Maps API server rejected your request. This could be because the API key used on this site was registered for a different web site. You can generate a new key for this web site at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/." This is confusing because I've generated API keys before that worked fine. I tried another just now on another domain and it worked just fine. Here are my specs and example page where you can see it: Operating System & Browser: Mac OS X / Firefox 3 URL: http://www.phenomabomb.com/test/test.htm Is it possible the API parses for common "offending" words and doesn't like the presence of the word "bomb" in the domain? Ugh! Any help would be greatly appreciated. - Marc --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
