I recommend you have the <coordinates>-095.618107, 29.898405,0</ coordinates> split into <latitude> and <longitude>. Most Google Map settings are LatLng and having <coordinates> will be fine, but the Gmarker appears to require the longitude first and there may be other occasions when you might need to output Longitude before Latitude.
