If you're going to use setUIToDefault, then don't add your own controls
over the top of them.
Try deleting these lines:
map.addControl(LargeMap);
map.addControl(Type);
Note also that it's not a good idea to use v=2.x for a live site. Recent
v2.x's have contained significant regression errors.
