ok i have a couple of questions on the TOS for the map api

1. the Goolge Apps for Teams is a free service but only lets in users
from my domain (ie secretagency.gov) i figured out how to iframe a map
into a page in google sites in such a way that the map is inaccessible
to the rest of the world. no one pays a fee to get to this map , but,
we (via google) restrict who can get access.

Q: does this violate the TOS?

2. there is a data layer (TOS ="Your Content") on the map i just
described. the sole purpose of the non public map is to facilitate
restricting edits to the data layer to only those users authenticated
via google apps for teams.

Q: does this violate the TOS?

3. on a separate site i have a fully public map with all of the data
shown for that data layer. the only difference between the first map
and the second map is the utility for adding/editing data.

Q: am i now complying with the TOS?

my understanding is yes i am complying with the TOS because

a. there is no "fee-based restricted access" in any of the parts above

b. the purpose of parts 1. and 2. above is for developing data for
part 3. which i see as being allowed under..

"your Maps API Implementation must not:

(a) require a fee-based subscription or other fee-based restricted
access; or
(b) operate only behind a firewall or only on an internal network
(except during the development and testing phase)."
