Better to post the URL rather than images. This is a classic case of two different data sources. Most of the road maps on Tamborine Mountain (SE Queensland) are misaligned by up to 30m along an WNW- ESE axis. For example, see http://www.lanerealty.com.au/lr90253m.html and select the hybrid map.
