I would imagine your offices don't move around much, so once you have
the locations geocoded, then you won't have to do it again until you
add/change an office location.

The Google terms prevent storing the geocodes long term, so you might
want to figure out the coordinates of your locations manually, that
way you don't run afoul of the terms. An additional benefit is you can
be sure the coordinates you provide for each office is as close as
possible.
