Note also that you're creating three markers for each location, and
adding two of them to the map.
var marker = new GMarker(point);
map.addOverlay(new GMarker(point));
var marker = createMarker(point,address);
map.addOverlay(marker);
One has a click listener, one doesn't, and one doesn't get
addOverlay()ed.
