A link would make it MUCH easier. That's why the posting guidelines ask for one. By "no text are shown" do you mean that there is no tooltip? No infoWindow? An empty infoWindow? If it's an empty infoWindow, does your CSS specify white text? There are plenty of things which could be going wrong. It could even be a conflict between opening an infoWindow on mouseover and showing the title tooltip.
