Hmm. Dont know. But even the AJAX API Terms would make such an application difficult, because you mustn't alter the order in which results are selected, must present the source of the listing as provided in the resultset, and must preserve any links. I have no idea how 1.1 of the AJAX Terms applies here. The AJAX Terms are worded rather like the Maps API Terms used to be, and could do with an update.
