PS. I have an idea what may be indirectly causing this. In some cases,
I'm hiding the map div ($('large_map').hide()) right after the Google
map initialization, wait until all additional data and markers is
loaded, and then show it again - otherwise, the map would be
"automatically" moved to a different position a few seconds after it
appears, and I've decided it looks better this way. Probably the div's
width is calculated incorrectly because the whole map is hidden at
that time.
