I don't see a question.

The google maps API is an application programming interface.  If you
start simple, you can use it as a tool to increase your programming
knowledge.  There are lots of examples out there of plotting points on
a map (which seems to be what you are asking for).

Look at Mike Williams' tutorial, if that is "out of your programming
range", you might be out of luck, unless one of the wizards (also
referenced there) does what you want.
