I see that if your app is not free for everone to use, such as the app
I'm working on, then the Premiere version is required.  I see that
premiere licensing "Starts at" $10,000/yr.
Our app is a desktop app that will track the vehicles of our customer.

Is that $10,000/yr that we, the developing company pay each year &
that's it, or is that  $10,000/yr for each customer site who'll be
using the software we write that uses google maps?

Microsoft's Virtual Earth transaction based licensing is $8,000/yr for
1million transactions(a loosely defined term, if ever I've seen one)
per Customer site.

Is google's licensing similar?
