Just talking to myself here... but I did get insert before delete working on both ends of the 2 point polyline (I had some debug code left in by mistake). So that works, but the visual updates are rather laggy. I resorted to removing the overlay and adding a new one which is somewhat better.
Again I'll say that it sure would be preferable to just write: line.getVertex(n).setLatLng(p) > I am using v2.x which I believe is not 2.150.
