The Maps API InfoWindow can be displayed by using an on "click" event
(part 1 of the Basics in MIke Williams' excellent tutorials)
http://econym.org.uk/gmap/basic1.htm. What you display in that
InfoWindow is entirely up to you. How you provide text and images via
php from the SQL is really up to you. This is a discussion group for
the Javascript Google Maps API, not for php or SQL.

Having said that there is an excellent article on "Using PHP/MySQL
with Google Maps" by Pamela Fox at
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/articles/phpsqlajax.html
