actually i face the same case with u all. Things i got after searching through this group is that we can make a static version of the Google map when we talk about GMap implementation on mobile device. please have a look at how the static map of google map works, how to use it so that it can be used just like the dynamic version of GMap run on web (PC). reason why i recommend static map is (after doing search on this group as well) because most of handphone nowadays hasnt supported the dynamic version of the GMap, despite the fact that the handphone can run javascript, css, opera browser (said as the most javascript compatible mobile browser).
