I get a warning that your page could contain malware when I try to
load it. I did not load it!

However, what you are looking for is called geocoding: getting the
latitude and longitude from a street address. Look for the geocoding
service on the documentation page: 
http://code.google.com/apis/maps/documentation/index.html
and look through Mike Williams's tutorials: http://econym.org.uk/gmap/

Geocode the addresses once and store them in your database.
