It's nothing to do with ExtInfoWindow. Somehow you've managed to delete
the line
map.addControl(new GMapTypeControl())
By the way, this line:
{matTypes:[G_HYBRID_MAP,G_SATELLITE_MAP,G_NORMAL_MAP]});
does nothing, because you misspelled "mapTypes".
