But the API doesn't treat MSIE7 differently from MSIE6. When you set 
.isPng() True, the API tells MSIE to use the DX AlphaImageLoader instead 
of attempting to display the image with MSIE native PNG handling. Since 
AlphaImageLoader is part of DX, the version number of MSIE doesn't 
affect its behaviour.
