The API geocoder only resolves addresses. If maps.google.com can't resolve an address, it performs a business search, and finds the websites of three businesses that contain that text in their websites.
It might look like maps.google.com is finding the location that you're interested in, but be aware that "Evergreen Mobile Home Park" is nearly half a mile square, and maps.google.com considers all the businesses in trailer park to be located in that same trailer. E.g. try "36 Evergreen Mobile Home Park NW, Edmonton, AB" in maps.google.com The old "Evergreen Mobile Home Park" trailer plot numbers only range from 1 to 720, so I suspect that 724 could represent either the office or the commercial centre. http://www.countryhillshomes.com/Portals/0/pdf/Evergreen%20Map.pdf -- http://econym.org.uk/gmap The Blackpool Community Church Javascript Team --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Maps API" group.
