I've written a php script that sends a city, state or zip code to
http://maps.google.com/maps/geo? complete with a key. I wrote it
yesterday in the afternoon and tested it a few times. At most, I've
executed the script 300 times, so 300 geocodes. This morning on my
first test run, to get back in to the coding, I immediately hit a 620
error. I am confident I did not over load the time limits or the
volume limits. I haven't executed the script in 12 hours. The script
only geocodes one address, the users, for finding businesses near said
user.

Is this caused by others I may be sharing an IP address with? I have
my own key.

I am thinking about writing a javascript so that it is the user's IP
address that pings googlemaps instead. Would y'all recommend this?
