When I open my Task Manager I notice that everytime i load an xml file. That is i click on a javascript function that loads markers to my map the amount of memey on IE seems to increase, even if its the same xml file I am loading. Is there a way to clear the previous xml file from memory on the next instance of my javascript function?
Now that I am outputting data from an sql server I will constantly be loading markers on query. Would it be better to load all markers initially as invisible then make them invisible when I need them. I am just thinking of better methods to improve my site.
