What do mean? Do you mean you have a form lat: [ ] lon: [ ] with a button which when clicked will take the form values and put a marker on the map? If that's the case, it's fairly straightforward HTML and Javascript. Please have a go if you haven't already and then post a link with a description of any problems you're having. If you mean something else, you will need to post a link now with a description of what problems you are encountering with your code.
