There's definitely something wrong with it in FF2, seems to be in the
createmarker function but I can't work it out.

To see if it is the tooltip problem, temporarily try changing
<div id="map_canvas" style="width: 100% ....
to something like width:500px
The width given there now is 100% of undefined, and I think pdmarker
wants something defined.
