I think it would be really helpful if there was more information about what a Premier licence offers, differences in TOS and potential costs. In particular the charging regime appears to be particularly opaque -- seemingly starting at 10k of whatever currency units happen to apply rather than a constant *value*. It should be possible to post a list of TOS variations, for example, even if it's a list of items all starting "For a separate fee, paragraph X.y is varied and you can ..."
