Hi Mike,
I can set the hot spot location and it works in google chrome. But
the cursor even can't be set after using the following syntax in MSIE
8.
map.getDragObject().setDraggableCursor('url(mycursor.cur) 16 16,
default');
Probably it is not supported by MSIE? I have already used cur file
rather than png but still no lucks.
Any ideas?
