This groupis for the Google Maps API.
The link you provided is a map on maps.google.com using "My Maps", and
that is outside the scope of this group.
Help with ordinary "My Maps" is here:

What you want to do is perfectly possible with the API, but it
requires a knowledge of javascript programming.
