thanks mike
but im not sure how can achive this without letting the script fall
into a infinite loop.
i need do make the polygon blink, but i also must do more stuff with
the object.
here's my intended pseudo code:

on polygon click{
- change its color
- make it blink (*)
- change other polygons color
- add some html in another divs
}

is that possible to make it blink without a loop that goes infinite?
thanks again
