Hi all, I got to do an application where i have congestion in a particular path assume congestion is there between 2 path A(lat,lng) and B(lat, lng) what i need to do is to find the shortest between between C and D.Now the problem is that the path will go through A and B so i need to block that path and use another path?. so my question is how can i block a particular path?.
