Never use document.write after a page has completed loading.
Consider using GDownloadUrl() rather than a hidden form
GDownloadUrl('plog-upload.php',
function() {},
'lat=' +p[0] +'&lng=' + p[1],
'application/x-www-form-urlencoded');
For 'multipart/form-data' data, format the data in that format and use
that string as the fourth parameter.
