Hi all, I did a project some time ago and integrated the google maps API via javascript in a snap.
I am doing another project, and used the exact same code to accomplish the exact same thing: but, after generating a new key for the new project, the maps API server rejects all requests. I tried using alert(window.location.host) to display the hostname: it matches the URL used to generate my key exactly. The only difference is this new project is produced from a virtual linux server image that resides on a windows server. Port 80 is forwarded to the apache server within the VM. What am I missing here? Any suggestions?
