Parsing a KML file served to the browser through a proxy
loading any xml from offi site you are using a proxy / cacheing service or... have your data in json, my GeoXml parser can use a trivial proxy or handle json. Googles GGeoXml uses a cacheing service and json ... which requires there server have access to your data and cache it
 with a
javascript addon approaching the size of the API itself seems a bit
senseless.
GeoXml compresses down to 24kb compressed wow the size of 1 of the
more complex google satellite images if the api compresses that far you must be happy oh.. were you using hyperbole or looking at the full uncrushed uncompressed version... Note javascript/text compresses very well and the jpeg images are close to as
compressed as they will get ....
