If you want the extra content in your infowindow then you've got to
arrange to put it there. Not all of the features shown in a
maps.google.co.uk infowindow are possible under the API, in particular
you can't save the location to Google My Maps.

Note that http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=M1+5SX produces only a small
subset of the possible features that Google can put in their info
windows.

A subset of the maps.google.co.uk data, with a different layout, can be
snatched from their site, but you'll need to be able to write a
server-side relay server because there's a security feature that stops
you reading data from other domains with Javscript. Compare this
example, which snatches the live data from maps.google.com with the same
query performed in the actual maps.google.com interface:

  http://econym.org.uk/gmap/example_egeohotels.htm

  http://maps.google.com/?q=hotels+near+blackpool
