Since there isnt an offical Google Weather API, not sure you will get
useful answers.

You can of course reverse engineer it, and use the data, but I wouldnt
recommend that for a production website.

On the other hand that's exactly how the Google Maps API came into
being - someone reverse engineed the Google Maps site, to embed a map
on their website. Then Google made it offical with the API. I beleive
the person who did that now works at Google too.
