Hi, I have a requirement wherein I need to display the nearest landmark for a position data plotted on Google Maps. I have seen a custom application which shows the nearest prominent landmark along with every position data. However, theat company says that they have their own custom database of landmarks and the data is based on that database. However, I have my reservations, since creating that kind of database would require 100s of manmonths.
Kindly let me know if there is any way of getting it dynamically from google maps!!! Any help would be appreciated.
