Pamela, My issue with "fromEncoded" seems to have gone away using "v=2" if I changed my zoom level from 32 down to 2. You may want to know that v=2.140 and earlier the zoom level of "32" worked and versions later than that it doesn't. This may be a valuable piece of information for future reference. I can't speak for Larry as to whether a version later than 2.140 works for him but I have now been able to use the recommended v=2 and our site is working.
