I am building a CMS based site and would love to utilize the Google Maps Api to display users on a Global Map with semi-detailed markers. Some of the detail would be linkable and so forth.
Additionally, I would like to build a Zip Code Radius Search to handle these users. If anyone can point me in the right direction of a guide? User Help Group? This would be much appreciated. If anyone wants to be my teacher would be even better. CMS - Joomla and utilizes PHP, MySql, JS Keep in mind I am a beginning developer with little/no experience.
