I want to be able to set up a page with a map on the left and a sidebar on the right with the map window consuming about 90% of available width and the sidebar 10%, I need for this to work whatever the available screen/window size is. So if someone with an old 800x600 screen wants to view they can, just as someone with a big screen can see it whether in full screen mode or in a partial screen window.
Using the example at http://econym.org.uk/gmap/example_map2.htm for simplicity, how would one do this?
