See http://maps.huge.info/pinpointaddress.htm The Terms of Service require you to display geocoder results on a map, anyway, so this is a way of complying. And by doing this, you're not storing Google's results; you're storing your users' entries. That's another TOS plus. The Group is littered with people who have tried bulk geocoding and come a-cropper.
