Could you be absolutely clear about which coordinates are wrong and
which are right, please?

37 59'19 N, 119 18'22 W is (37.988611, -119.30611) which is what
Google Maps shows, and you say that's correct. In your second example
you look for (38.077285,-118.952751) which isn't the same place at
all. "Near Fantail Lake" in your third example actually uses the same
coordinates as "Near Cascade Lake" (38.0773565, -118.9528645).

I'm not sure what you would like suggestions about.
